Patty has a passion for seeing businesses succeed and being part of their team. She loves to teach you what your numbers mean and how they can help you make the best businesses decisions. She is very adept at analyzing your business and financial numbers to educate you. She loves to train others on QuickBooks® and solve your problems using time saving apps and technology. QuickBooks® Online has been a game changer for businesses to be more efficient and profitable, she shows them how. Patty is a motivator and speaks frequently at various local network groups. She has a wonderful husband who is a fabulous cook. You can find her being a weekend warrior and loves to hike or swim on the weekends.

Kristen Lipsey

Kristen prides herself on her knack for attention to detail, which motivates her to break down clients’ books and help streamline their transactions into a comprehensive picture of their business. She loves a good clean-up project. Kristen is a team player and enjoys helping her team problem solve potential issues.

Kristen graduated from California State University Fullerton with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2013. Kristen is an active reader who revels in the next crime podcast.

Kristen lives for her family. She is the proud mother of two girls named Whitney and McKinley.

Jael Burge

Jael was born and raised in Southern California. She studied at Santa Ana College. Jael loves numbers, Excel and problem solving. She prides herself on learning why and how things work. She has a great deal of experience working with many different District Attorney’s offices and Merchants around the country.

She’s lived in both New Mexico and Texas but returned home to beloved California. She lives for her son and family and enjoys spending time with them. In her spare time you can find her bike riding, playing with her animals or gardening.

Team Member Sue Graham

Sue Graham

Bookkeeper, QuickBooks® Certified ProAdvisor®

Sue Graham enjoys working with numbers and solving the puzzles that occur when accounting transactions don’t match up or balance. She’s always been ‘that person’ who balances her checkbook to the penny numerous times each month. Her favorite subjects in school were statistics and math although her major at UCLA was in history.

Sue has bookkeeping experience in various industries: construction, restaurant (casual and fine dining), pet sitting, law firms, grocery store and is an active member or on the board of directors for multiple non-profit dog clubs. Her involvement in these industries isn’t limited to bookkeeping, but also customer service.

Sue’s weekends are filled with training, trialing, showing her own dogs or judging dog trials.

Sarah Indano

Bookkeeper, QuickBooks® Certified ProAdvisor®

Sarah Indano strives for accuracy, clear communication, and efficiency in every client’s books. Having run her own small business, she knows the importance of having a strong and sensible team behind you, supporting you in this detailed work. With a background in Quality Control, she enjoys undertaking projects with lots of moving parts and endeavors to understand how they all fit together. Sarah seeks to provide clients with quality bookkeeping experiences with a personal touch.

Born, raised, and residing in New Jersey, Sarah loves spending time with her husband, dogs, and friends. You can find her cooking, playing video games, or reading. At other times, she can be found training, teaching, and participating in dog sports.

Virginia Melendrez

Virginia Melendrez has a B.A. in Accounting from Chapman University and has worked in accounting in a variety of industries. Born and raised in Southern California, she enjoys helping business owners streamline their bookkeeping and accounting cycles to meet their business needs. She loves to read and spend time with her husband and son.

Brian Kleinsasser

Brian has his B.A. in Accounting and has worked in Bookkeeping and Accounting in a variety of industries with most of his experience in the non-profit sector. Born and raised in Southern California he has lived and worked in 4 other countries over 14 years. Brian has used Quickbooks for over 20 years as well as Microsoft Office especially Excel. He really enjoys helping people in simplify their bookkeeping and accounting so that it they can efficiently fulfil their goals for their business. Brian loves walking and biking with his wife and playing Pickleball. He has 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

Charlotte Van Dyck

Charlotte graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Social Ecology and a major in Psychological Science. Her passions include women’s history, fiber crafts, cooking, and reading. Charlotte loves detail and structure, and thrives under organization and direction. Give her a goal, and she will do everything in her power to achieve it.

Most of Charlotte’s professional experience comes from the service industry, where she was a professional specialty barista for five years. She still loves coffee and enjoys using her home espresso machine whenever she can. Charlotte’s other experience comes from administrative work, where customer service and data entry have become great skills of hers. Additionally, Charlotte is trained and certified in Data Analysis and Visualization, and she hopes to apply these skills to the field of financial analysis in the future.

Jeanie Baye

Jeanie has a B.S in Finance and Human Resources and has worked most of her career in bookkeeping for a variety of industries and non-profits. She enjoys organization, details and working with numbers. Jeanie is very adept at handling all tasks at hand and her skills are multi-faceted. She has a willing attitude to help whenever called upon and is a team player. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising and being outdoors.

April Miller

April strives to make clients feel seen and heard while delivering transparent, accurate, and timely books. In her pursuit of providing clarity for her clients, she will leave no stone left unturned, combing through all facets of their accounts. April lives in Southern California and has two young children with her husband Chris. When she’s not working, she’s fully invested in raising her family and running the home. She loves taking the kids to the park or beach, story time at the library, and playdates with friends.

Wendy, a Missouri native turned California resident with 8 years of poker dealing experience and a knack for numbers, is an Administrative Assistant at Team One Accounting who thrives on organization, enjoys brain video games in her spare time, and is a proud grandparent of two.
